I called early in the morning and they were at my door by 2pm. My noisy garage door with the steel rollers is now purring like a kitten with all new nylon rollers!Excellent service, professional and competitive and Kevin and Oscar were a delight! Highly recommend!
I have used Overhead Door Company of Clearwater on a couple of occasions in the past and always found their service very good. However, this past Friday, May 9, 2025, their customer service demonstrated what exceptional customer service should be.
Overhead Door Company of Clearwater installed our garage door 8 years ago and it's worked great ever since. Last weekend, one of our springs broke from exhaustion so it was a no brainer on which company to call. Kevin came out and fixed the springs in a flawless service call. He is a great asset to this trustworthy company. I have 20 years of experience in construction so I fix most things that break, myself. But when it comes to garage doors, this is company that I trust and call.
The technician Tracy came to repair my garage door today. He not only did the job and did it well, but he also convinced me of the honesty and integrity of the company itself. I am grateful for that information. I tried to scan the barcode that he left and I couldn’t figure it out, so that’s why I’m leaving a review here.
Tracy serviced/replaced the belt on our Liftmaster garage door opener you installed some time ago, he's always professional, prompt, polite and professional, he even brought to light another problem we weren't aware of and are having it addressed, thanks to him. He's serviced us in the past and if and when we need service again we'd be happy to have him back. (but not too soon lol!!)
